Easter

This is a picture of Ethan and Isaac on Easter Sunday. Ethan was so interested in the Easter Story this year. He loved watching the online bible movie at lds.org (which is AWESOME) about the crucifixion and resurrection. He is still asking to watch "the Jesus movie" again and again. We woke up really early on Easter Sunday and went to a inter-denominational sunrise service. We were so lucky to have Christi and Brett with us too! There were some beautiful musical numbers, bible thumping pastors, breakfast, and the Easter bunny! It was an experience not to be forgotten. My favorite part was the releasing of hundreds doves into the air.
We started off our Easter festivities earlier in the week by dyeing eggs. This is one of my most favorite  holiday traditions. I love spending lots of time on each egg and making them look awesome. Seriously, I really love it. Ethan really got into it too. We had a few colorful mishaps, but made it through the experience.

Ethan read a story about Peter Cottontail and was so excited to meet him! He told us that the Easter Bunny's name was Peter Cottontail.

This is Isaac with his best buddy Miles. They are bound to be best buddies.
We went to a couple easter egg hunts, Ethan caught on after awhile. I think it was after he figured out that he got to keep all of the candy that he found. That sent him into warp speed.

The Easter bunny also came to our house and brought Ethan some toys and treats!

My little egg heads are so cute!
